Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping anywhere within mainland USA. As we ship all our items via Fedex or UPS ground, we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes and APO Boxes. We strictly DO NOT ship to locations or territories outside of mainland USA such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.
Return Policy:
Customers are given 30 days to return unused items (unopened boxes) to which a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Returns due to factory defects are exempted from the said restocking fee. Returns or exchanges related to defects are also exempted from the 30-day return period.
Warranty:
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products to make your purchase truly RISK-FREE. For defects, simply contact us via email. You can then either return the product for a refund or replacement. It's that simple.
